What kinds of numbers can be text-enabled?

Most local 10-digit business numbers — including landline and VoIP numbers that have never sent a text in their life. If customers already know the number, that familiarity now works for your messaging too.

What do you need from me to set it up?

Proof you control the number — a signed letter of authorization (LOA) — plus your 10DLC campaign details, since text-enabled business numbers need registered campaigns like any other A2P messaging. Tychron handles the enablement and the registration together.

How long does text-enablement take?

Most enablement requests are approved instantly. Depending on the losing carrier, approval can take up to 48 business hours — and any existing messaging keeps flowing until the enablement is confirmed, so there is no gap either way.
