Over the weekend, the Atlas customer portal upgraded in place. Same address, same sign-in, nothing to migrate — and your messaging, voice, and APIs never noticed a thing. What changed is everything after you sign in.
A workspace, not a dashboard
Signing in now lands you on a live home workspace. Three pulse cards keep the day in front of you: Messaging Pulse with your delivered rate, hour-by-hour volume, in/out split, and channel mix across SMS, MMS, and RCS; API Pulse with lookup traffic and answered rates across number routing, enhanced routing, carrier lookup, and caller ID; and Delivery Pulse showing where messages actually went, with a failures lens that breaks things down when there's anything to see. Flip any card between Today, 24 hours, 7 days, or the month — and one toggle switches every card between UTC and your local time zone together.
The workspace is yours to shape: every card can be shown, hidden, or reordered per user, so it reflects what you actually check. Team members with accounting access also see the account balance and available credit right up top, with a one-tap path to make a payment. And a detail we're proud of: Atlas doesn't spend effort on data you aren't seeing. Hide a card or leave the tab in the background and it stops refreshing entirely — then catches up the instant you return.
Anything, one step away
Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) or just / and Quick Find jumps to any page, tool, or report in one step. A full set of keyboard shortcuts covers the rest — press ? anywhere for the reference sheet, and if single-key shortcuts aren't your style, switch them off in Settings; Quick Find and the shortcut sheet always work. Prefer more room? The navigation collapses to a slim icon rail — with live badges, like your Attention count, riding along. On your phone, a bottom tab bar carries your own pick of destinations, arranged however you like.
Ordering that waits for you
Start an order for new numbers, messaging on existing numbers, or voice — and come back whenever. Drafts persist across sessions and wait on your home page, exactly where you left them. Guided request flows walk through each step, including document uploads as needed, and inventory search shows availability and coverage as part of the flow, so ordering decisions are informed ones. Every order and request shows its progress from submitted to complete.
Know the moment something needs you
A single Attention inbox gathers everything that needs a human — pending items, requests awaiting action — with a live count in the navigation. Optional delivery alerts watch your numbers and speak up only when something is genuinely wrong, with deep links straight to the affected traffic. Alerts arrive as real browser notifications while the portal is open, with timing controls and a test fire so you know exactly what to expect. True push notifications that reach you even when the portal is closed are coming soon. And release notes, carrier updates, and account notices can be subscribed to right from the portal.
Every screen you carry
Desktop, tablet, phone, or foldable — Atlas adapts to all of them, and tables stay readable at any width. Prefer an app? Install Atlas straight from your browser: a real install dialog on Chrome and Edge, guided Add-to-Home-Screen on Apple devices. It lives on your home screen or dock like any other app — no app store required.
An experience everyone on your team can use
The new portal is built against WCAG 2.2 across the board: complete keyboard operation, visible focus everywhere, and screen-reader-friendly names on every control. Then it goes further — light and dark themes, a color-safe mode, full monochrome modes where patterns and underlines replace color coding (charts included), high contrast, adjustable text size, reading fonts including OpenDyslexic, relaxed spacing, and reduced motion. A Lite mode flattens heavy visuals for modest hardware, engaging automatically when a device would benefit. Every change applies live and follows you between visits — and the accessibility choices you make here on tychron.com follow you into the portal, so the whole experience feels like one place.
Data you can actually use
Search understands time the way you type it — @today, @yesterday, bare dates, exact timestamps, ranges. Message records open into readable detail and conversation views with delivery timelines showing each hop. Result sets export to CSV from the tables you're already looking at, and statements live in Analytics & Billing. Account owners manage their own users, roles, and per-resource permissions, API keys sit alongside the traffic they generate, and shared resource groups keep larger teams organized.
Nothing you need to do
Your address, sign-in, bookmarks, and account are unchanged — just sign in. We'd love to hear what you think once you're in — your feedback directly shapes what we build next, and our team is ready through your usual support channels. And as always, live status is at status.tychron.com.
